Classificação automática is Faturium's AI layer that assigns a POC (Plano Oficial de Contabilidade) or SNC account code to each incoming transaction based on the vendor, description, and amount. Confidence scores drive auto-confirm vs. review routing.
What it means
Every transaction must be mapped to an SNC (Sistema de Normalização Contabilística) account code before it can appear in financial statements. Traditionally an accountant does this manually. Faturium trains on your historical categorisations and applies them automatically to new transactions.
How confidence routing works
- **≥ 0.90** — auto-confirmed, no review required
- **0.70–0.89** — suggested, one-click confirm in the review queue
- **< 0.70** — flagged for manual classification
Practical implications
After the first 30 days Faturium has learned your most common vendors and transaction patterns. The review queue shrinks to only edge cases — new vendors, unusual amounts, or ambiguous descriptions.
